Adam develops, manages and executes client projects in Western Canada. He specializes in helping clients evaluate and understand environmental risks and opportunities through research, modelling, life-cycle assessment and technology assessments. Adam has over 8 years of experience in the energy sector working both as a consultant and as an engineer for major oil and gas producers.
Prior to joining Delphi, Adam worked for the Pembina Institute on the corporate consulting team helping companies identify and analyze environmental and sustainability risks and opportunities. He also spent time at Cenovus and Encana in a variety of roles including: facility, process, development, energy efficiency and reliability engineering positions and has an intimate understanding of operational challenges in the oil and gas industry.
Adam has a strong project management background and has managed projects ranging from technology evaluations and market research to large capital facility projects. Adam has experience designing and implementing energy efficiency projects, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and managing reclamation and remediation activities.
Adam has an in-depth knowledge of environmental engineering practices and principles. He has conducted research and work in the areas of groundwater contamination/remediation, environmental hydraulics, waste water and drinking water treatment, reliability centered maintenance and environmental metrics analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, environmental option, from the University of British Columbia.
Whenever possible, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. Skiing, hiking, scuba diving and underwater photography round out his spare time.
