Farr Fatemi, Consultant

As a Consultant at Delphi, Farr serves as a specialist in the calculation and quantification of greenhouse gases and other emissions for a range of companies and organizations. In this role, Farr also provides technical, research and analytical support to all projects and proposals and to all levels of management in the company.

Farr holds a Master of Chemical Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, where his multi-disciplinary research was focused on the subject of fossil resources depletion in a life cycle assessment (LCA) context. Working with world-renowned experts in the field of LCA, Farr has gained an extensive knowledge of the ISO-14040 series, which provides him with a holistic understanding of the various types of environmental impacts (e.g. air, water, land), occurring at the various life cycle stages of a product or service (i.e. raw material extraction, production, consumption and end of life).

Prior to his masters studies, Farr was a process engineer and environmental engineer in a major consulting firm in Atlantic Canada, where he worked on water/wastewater treatment plant design and environmental site assessments. He also holds a Master of Civil/Environmental Engineering degree from Dalhousie University and Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree. Farr speaks English and French. Beyond Delphi, Farr enjoys travelling, arts and culture.
