A confidential client in the food service industry requested Delphi’s assistance with their 2011 Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) submission. Specifically, we conducted the necessary background research on their previous CDP submissions, compiled all necessary data, conducted a gap analysis of their current measurement and reporting practices as compared with other leading companies, and submitted a draft and final CDP report for inclusion in the 2011 online database.  The preparation of the submission required stakeholder interviews with key members of the company’s management team to conduct the gap analysis.

After submitting the final CDP report, The Delphi Group also provided the client with a carbon management strategy framework and best practice recommendations for an improved 2012 CDP submission.
