Pollution Probe, in cooperation with the British Columbia (BC) Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources recently convened a workshop of key stakeholders and experts to discuss the current state of Low Carbon Fuel Standards (LCFS) in Canada and elsewhere. The focus of the workshop was to exchange information and opinion on BC’s efforts and those of other leading jurisdictions in order to evaluate the activities of various organizations, provide input and suggest alternatives to this important area of policy innovation.  Delphi supported Pollution Probe by advising on the conference structure, assisting with the organization and on-site supervision of logistics, facilitating and recording discussion, reporting to the plenary on conclusions reached during the breakout sessions as well as developing a synthesis report of conference proceedings.
