As I was reflecting on another year that has passed by so quickly, I realized just how many significant positive changes are occurring all around us, in thousands if not millions of small ways. Unselfish acts of kindness, companies giving back to the community and people helping those in need are all changing our world for the better.

We at Delphi support and encourage companies and individuals to lead by example, catalyze positive action and challenge others to do the same:

• Consider donating a certain percentage (e.g. 1%) of your gross sales to charity;
• Give back to the community in other ways – ideas, expertise, time, items, etc;
