Sustainability Management Services

At Delphi, we use a 5‐Step process to help you develop a robust, resilient, and continuously improving Sustainability Management Strategy. This approach ensures that your strategy is developed in light of all significant internal and external factors ‐ both today and tomorrow.

Delphi’s Sustainability Management services have been developed through years of extensive project experience working collaboratively with hundreds of clients – large and small.

We know from experience that every client starts from a different position and with different needs and objectives. As a result, our Sustainability Management Strategy development process has been designed to offer a ‘menu of activities’ for you to choose from, with the ultimate mix and order of activities chosen based on a client's unique needs and circumstances.

1. Due Diligence

The objective of this step is to identify and assess the relative significance of key social, governance, and environmental issues that need to be addressed by your Sustainability Management Strategy.

Ultimately, this due diligence phase provides a ‘sustainability performance check’ and helps to define the business needs and priorities driving the development of your Sustainability Management Strategy.

These activities are designed to ensure your Sustainability Management Strategy is supported by an effective, integrated, and continuously improving management system framework.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

Just as your business and its operations have social and environmental impacts on your internal and external stakeholders, the implementation of a Sustainability Management Strategy will have an impact (positive and possibly negative) on your stakeholders.

The objective of this series of engagement activities is to consult key internal and external stakeholders about your planned strategy and solicit feedback for improvement.

These activities are aimed at soliciting stakeholder feedback on your planned Sustainability Management Strategy and incorporates, where possible, improvements that will increase the likelihood of long‐term success.
