Time: 10:00 – 11:00 am PT | 1:00 – 2:00 pm ET

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) provides standards for setting greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets that are in line with keeping global warming below catastrophic levels (something we can all agree on). Many businesses around the world use their standards, guidance, and tools to develop science-based targets on the road to net zero. In addition, since SBTi requires organizations with significant scope 3 emissions to include them in their reduction targets, many vendors who are part of their supply chains are facing increasing expectations and requirements.

Recently, you may have seen that SBTi is contemplating a major revision to its Corporate Net-Zero Standard – including considering carbon offsets and other environmental attributes, as well as principles for Scope 3 net-zero target setting.

So, what do you need to know and, even more importantly, what do you need to do? Delphi is here to help you navigate the ever-evolving policy and standards landscape. In this webinar, we cover:

  • What SBTi is all about and whether it’s right for your organization
  • How SBTi works: An overview of target-setting pathways for SMEs and larger organizations (including sector-specific considerations)
  • The latest SBTi developments and what they could mean for you
  • Resources and where to from here

The presentation will be followed by Q&A.
